Guest Rooms

Artistic beauty within. Natural wonders outside.

Spectacular views over the lagoon or the tropical garden paradise characterise each of the 114 bungalows, while inside the spacious interiors make extensive use of natural materials and unique design features. This includes beautiful bedheads with their intricate portrayal of sections from the two Gauguin paintings – Fatata te Miti (By the Sea) and Parahi te Marae (There Lies the Temple) – that influence the design concept of the whole resort.

The 39 over-water bungalows, which branch off in two directions for optimal privacy, offer direct access to the lagoon as well as in-floor viewing platforms from which you can watch the colourful marine life below. 52 beautifully designed garden bungalows are surrounded by an oasis of flowers and plants, while the 23 beach bungalows have direct access to the white sandy beach and lagoon.

Beautiful objets d’art, fresh flowers and luxurious fabrics complete these stylish havens, where you’ll experience the ultimate in tropical seclusion.
